Purchases General

Before proceeding with a purchase, please always check with us first to confirm product availability and current specifications etc to ensure the component matches your expectations.etc.

To proceed with a purchase we need your full contact details including phone number, email address and delivery address, once qualified we will email you an invoice for payment.

Payments can be made by directly crediting the money into our bank account below. (we do not accept credit cards sorry).

New Sales

Goods, "Imported in for you against a Prepaid Order'', are subject to the manufacturer's and freight variable delivery time frames therefore we cannot be held liable for any deviation of estimated delivery dates and it cannot be used as a reason to cancel an order. Once an order has been paid for and an order placed on the manufacturer, no cancelation or refund or exchange is applicable, the purchaser must take delivery and ownership of the goods ordered.

Specials Sales

All goods sold on "Special" are non refundable or exchangeable. It is your responsibility to ensure you are fully aware of all aspects of the goods before you proceed with a purchase, once purchased and paid for, it becomes a non refundable or non exchangeable item. Any potential warranty will be based on the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

On-Behalf, Trade-In & Secondhand Sales

Every effort is made to access our On-Behalf, Trade-In and Secondhand components, these sales are carried out in good faith in cooperation with the components owner. Be aware that all components purchased "On-Behalf, Trade-In or Secondhand are between the purchaser and purchased components owner, we only operate as a facilitator for the components owner therefore we cannot accept any responsibility for any issues that may arise or be held liable for any warranty.

International Purchases

Out of respect for our various distributor agreements not all products are available for international sale, please inquire first to see if applicable.

When exporting in most situations we can deduct the NZ GST (sales tax) content.

The Purchaser is responsible for all their country's taxes and customs charges if any, unless otherwise stated.

International freight is an additional cost, we can quote for door to door courier freight and insurance for your purchase.

If you would like to proceed with a purchase we require you to arrange payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) through your bank who will direct the funds into our account. We do not accept International Credit Cards.

Warranty

New Products: the standard manufacturer's warranty for parts and labour applies, typically this is for 2years.

Specials, 2nd hand and On-Behalf products:
A warranty does not apply to goods sold on, “special at a discount”, “2nd hand” or “sold on-behalf “ unless the manufacturer or we have has agreed to cover it , in which case parts may be included but labour will be chargeable regardless.
