If you would like a personal audition with your music to discover more of what’s possible, please call me on 07 83 88 661 and we will arrange a suitable time, or if you would like to make a purchase, please email me the item / items of interest via the product page on the website as this helps avoid any misunderstanding and I will come back to you to confirm price, availability and specification etc.

New Zealand Purchase:
- Price includes GST and delivery within NZ unless otherwise stated.
Before proceeding with a purchase, we ask you to please check with us first to confirm product availability and specification etc.
To proceed with a purchase we need your full contact details including phone number and delivery address and once qualified we will email you an invoice for payment.
We offer 3 payment choices:
1) Our preferred payment method is for you to direct credit the money into our bank account (see our bank details below).
2) In some circumstances MasterCard or Visa credit card payments may be also accepted, a surcharge may apply.
3) We are able to offer various finance options to approved GE Credit customer, feel free to discuss.

Purchasers outside NZ:
- When exporting we are able to deduct the NZ GST (sales tax) content off the listed price, therefore please ask us for your international price.
- Purchaser is responsible for all their country's taxes and customs charges unless otherwise stated.
- International freight is generally an additional cost, we can quote a door to door courier freight and insurance for your purchase.
- Out of respect for local agents, not all products are available for sale internationally.
If you would like to proceed with a purchase then we ask you to arrange payment by TT (Telegraphic Transfer) through your bank who will direct the funds into our account.
Sorry but we do not accept international Credit Card or PayPal payments.

General terms and conditions:
· We offer personal product demonstrations at our Hamilton studio, and after that, if required, we may be able to offer a further demo at your home too, please phone for an appointment and to discuss.
· Because we offer a personal demonstration and due to the nature of audio gear we cannot refund a purchase, however in some circumstances it may be possible to consider an exchange for another product within our range.
· New components generally carry a standard 12mth manufacturer’s warranty.
· We do not offer a warranty on 2nd hand / trade-in goods, these are bought as is, where is, at the purchasers own risk.
· Payment in full is required before any goods are delivered.
· Ownership of any goods remain with, Audio Reference Co Ltd until paid for in full.
