The A33.2 power amplifier is a dual mono design featuring two identical compact ultra-low noise mono channels with individual power supplies and protection circuits. Each channel has its own toroidal transformer, which allows the amplifier to deliver 120 watts into an 8 ohms load. A further simplification of the signal path and the addition of even more power have created a worthy successor to the A30.2.

The A33.2 is a two-channel, dual-mono, power amplifier designed as the ideal output stage in a hi-fi or home theatre system.
Dual-mono design means that each channel has its own identical, dedicated mono amplifier incorporating a heavy-duty custom-made toroidal transformer and low noise regulated power supplies. Each uses four ultra-fast bi-polar output devices in a push-pull configuration to preserve perfectly the fidelity of musical transients and minimize distortion.
The amplifier is capable of delivering 120watts per channel into an 8 ohms load (200watts into 4 ohm) and incorporates full speaker protection against faulty input signals.
The A33.2 is robustly constructed from 2 mm steel. Heavy-duty gold-plated loudspeaker terminals and gold-plated RCA and XLR inputs are further evidence of Primare's dedication to excellence.
We suggest this component to be partnered with the A30.3 or A30.5 to provide five or seven identical channels of pristine amplification for multi-channel music and movie applications.

The CD31’s blend of purely balanced low-noise circuit design and scrupulously regulated power offers you the gift of astonishingly natural music reproduction. The signal is fed directly from the transport to a digital receiver which reduces jitter to ensure that the four Burr-Brown PCM 1704 D/A converters - two per channel - receive as clean a digital signal as possible. Each pair of DACs carries the same signal but with opposite phase. Noise and distortion, which are common to both signals is then cancelled during conversion leaving only the pure original signal. Power is supplied to the different parts of the player by a precision-made R–core transformer with separate windings for each part. Balanced (XLR) and unbalanced RCA analogue outputs are provided together with professional AES/EBU, SPDIF and TOS-link digital outputs. 132 words 841 characters (with spaces).

The PRE30 is a fully balanced preamplifier designed with operational simplicity in mind. When used in conjunction with a balanced power amplifier, such as the A33.2 or the A32 and a source that provides balanced outputs, like the CD31, it becomes a significant link in an ultra-low noise signal chain that connects the source with the speaker. Each of the seven inputs may be adjusted for the differences in output level produced by each source. It also provides such useful features as a surround bypass switch, allowing you seamlessly to integrate the PRE30 with a home theatre system.
