We manufacture everything by ourselves from cabinet to frequency crossover in our facility in Renningen (Stuttgart), Germany. Yes, we only use highest-quality components for crossovers, cables and binding-posts. Yes, we love to surprise our customers with incredibly perfect veneers and piano high gloss finishes. Isophon speakers have in common the principle bandpass, band-pass filters allow far-reaching bass, with a relatively modest package dimensions. The exact computed structures of Isophon are also - unusually for band pass - very precise. Another common feature is that the midrange alone for the important frequency range from 150 / 190 - 3200 Hz and is responsible for the tweeter by time delay correction adapted to the midrange. This is important for the dynamics and spatial reproduction of the speaker, as well as for a homogeneous sound. What that means, you notice immediately when you hear a speaker Isophon.
